I started taking it to correct a mast cell issue due to prednisone that was prescribed (and not needed) for a simple skin infection. That steroid messed me up! This is a great quercetin for allergies. It really helps with the addition of bromelain. The phospholipid layer also helps with absorption. For strong allergies I do have to take more capsules than recommended though.
