Great quality and package. love the ingredients and all that it offers in helping me to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I've always know Beetroot to be a superfood, great in building blood. Few years ago I had a health issues and was severely anemic and I used the Beetroot to mix with apples which was a daily staple in my diet, antioxidants which are important to assist in obtaining optimal health. The juice taste great, the tablets since I don't keep it in my mouth long I really can't say it taste good or bad. For sure It doesn't leave any weird aftertaste. Now that I'm found these capsules I plan to continue making them a part of my daily routine. The size are ok, if they were a bit smaller that would have been fine too.
