Burdock Root, 100 Vegan Capsules (430 mg per Capsule)

This root is amazing for gentle detox and skin health. My complexion looks more even, and I feel less sluggish overall. It works subtly but deeply over time. I love that it also supports the liver and lymphatic system. It blends well in teas or tinctures and feels very grounding. I reach for it during seasonal transitions or when I need a system reset. A gentle powerhouse in herbal form. Great quality and ingredients, perfect size

The size of the pill isn’t too large at all. The dosage I took was 2 pills 3 times per day. It didn’t have a taste to me. The benefits of taking burdock root varies, it may help with acne,blood sugar levels and gut. I’ve noticed I am using the rest room often which is great for me. I noticed I am not experiencing ankle swelling which is something I was experiencing from sitting at a desk on a daily basis . I’ll check back in a month.

A friend recommended Burdock tincture when I have a dizzy spell. I wasn't able to find a tincture, and capsules are more convenient. I decided to try them. I have used them a few times now and they are working. Even though I read Burdock is used for joints, it does work to releave me of dizziness.

I still believe you can get good detoxing and blood cleansing benefits from this, and it is definitely better than nothing, however it is not organic. The amount of pesticides being used out there is very alarming, and their residue can enter ground and surface waters like rivers and streams that people and wildlife use for drinking and also harms aquatic life along the way. So you risk exposing yourself to contaminants every time you use a product that is not certified organic. Second time I order this one, I use it for skin health mainly but enjoy the rest of the benefits of this great root. quality seems clean and easily digestible. no unnecessary additives to the ingredients. my dosage 1 or 2 capsules twice a day. good size. no after taste.
