It’s hard to find vitamin E with good quality and clean ingredients. The size is perfect. Will last you a while? I don’t take it every day just sometimes if I’m going out to eat to seed oils. I just take one dosage with my meals. It’s also benefit for skin and health. Good packaging, and is not exposed to sunlight which the quality of the product.

I like this vitamin E as it helps to regulate my cycles and prolong the luteal phase. It has clean and pure ingredients and the quality is great as I find a difference when taking it. Have tried other brands before but did not help. The size is a bit big but it is ok.
