The capsules are a good size, easy to take, and come in great packaging. The ingredients are okay and the quality is good , and the recommended dosage is perfect but I usually take it before meals. Highly recommend for anyone looking to support their gut health!

I am taking this, because I have many food intolerances in my diet and therefore digestive problems. I believe is good quality because I notice the benefits in my stool after two weeks, I took one before and I give me diarrhea, it is known that this can be a side effect of this supplement

The size of them are pretty big tablets! I am glad that they have it in tablets instead of capsules! Do not let it sit in your tongue however because they do not taste the best! It’s not horrible but not pleasant either. I can’t attest if they help with the stomach lining yet though because I haven’t had a follow up but I’m hoping for the best ! Package came near and unharmed!

if you have a weak stomach this one is good it really helps with digestion but sure you need to visit doctor first to make sure
