Aloemaxlax is a high quality, light weight, herbal ingredient laxative with no taste. It was gentle on my system and only gave slight instestinal cramps once. I occasionally take some medications that can cause constipation, so this is very useful when I take those. I take it about 2-3 times a week. If you're looking for something lighter than the usual senna tea this is it.
I recently bought these because lately with my medication, I wasn’t able to go as easily. Not that these are instantaneous magic, but they eventually help with bowels. Aloe is an ingredient that I trust and like so I feel like these are ok for your body. All in all, I like that it’s all natural.

Taken a few times expecting noticeable bowel activity the next morning but nothing extraordinary. Maybe my bowels are already healthier than I think lol. But I guess good to have on hand in case anyone needs a hand with constipation.
