I have taken this VD for a few years now as i don't go in the sun like i used to when i was younger. Tiny caplets are so easy to take. I love that they are prescription strength and no fillers, etc. in them.
D-3 is part of my nightly routine. Almost as good as sunshine.
I usually get the vitamin d with k for better absorption. However, I read this supplement complements well with vitamin c. I have noticed a difference in energy. My vitamin d levels have improved. The quality is good and I will stick with this brand.
