These are so supportive for skin repair. I love that they are complete with vitamin C and zinc for more complete care. Noticable benefit to skin. Old scars on skin are fading and cold sores have not returned.
Love the well-rounded ingredients like zinc and the vitamin c that helps L lysine work for the skin. Tablet, not capsule. Have noticed an old scar starting to heal on my skin since using this. Have also noticed waking up with a flatter stomach and more muscle with this.
It boosts the immune system. I use it especially during weeks when there's an endemic or there are a lot of cases of flu. It was a bit too strong when I took it for the first time so I always put something before it, at least a drink.
