This is sustained release so is much better than the NOW product that iherb stocks - I've tried both. This one gets down into the gut where it can destroy candida. You don't have to take 6x/day - I started with 1x/day and have built up to 3x/day, and that's causing gradual die-off of the fungus. Doing it gradually can be perferable, especially if your overall health isn't very good, because a lot of toxins are produced that can be hard going for the liver etc. I also take Thorne molybdenum picolinate during this process as it helps reduce the toxic load of die-off on the liver. Also NOW alphasorb C, and Thorne lactobacillus sporogenes (bacillus coagulans), a resilient probiotic that helps eat candida and repair the gut.

I intend to keep using this product, but I wish it was higher quality. I do not like the vague "vegetable fiber" in the ingredients or the magnesium stearate. However, this has helped me keep yeast infections away so that is why I intend to keep using it!
