Betaine HCL with Pepsin, 180 VegCaps

There is many brands that produce Betaine HCL, but I do definitely recommend this product since it's the only one that offers a very small dosage, not only the standard 650mg and above. It's great for small snacks or for those who east a small breakfast.

I’ve been using this for support with digesting meat. This is a lower dose that works well to get an understanding of where your stomach acid is and how much you need to supplement. You want to up the dose until your stomach feels warm (kind of like heart burn) after eating and then dose just below that amount. I'm repurchasing and getting the 650mg because my stomach acid is low and I need a high dose. Works well for those who have allergic reactions to vinegar or citrus and can't use these to increase stomach acid.

The capsules have a good size easy to swallow, the quality of the product is very good, I take it to maintain the health of the digestive system since I had bile removed and this is a must have supplement for me with a lot of benefits.
