Although not mentioned on the front label, this product contains St. John worth! Be careful if you’re taking any medication or plants or the pill since it interacts with most of them! Usually decreasing the efficacy. Moreover the magnesium form is magnesium oxide: the least absorbed in the body, basically a laxative… I hate doing this but I will have to throw this bottle in the trash…

I find this is a good form of magnesium to be taken after dinner. I think the herbs and other ingredients included in this help with relaxing and sleeping.
