Uses MCHC, which provides calcium plus bone matrix proteins and minerals, a more physiological bone source than plain calcium carbonate. The 2:1 calcium:magnesium ratio, added vitamin D, and good magnesium forms (citrate, aspartate, bisglycinate) are strong. Three-tablet dose is a bit bulky, but overall an excellent, evidence‑based bone formula.

This mirrors natural bone composition better than isolated calcium salts and maintains a reasonable calcium:magnesium ratio.
