I originally purchased this vit D through my ND's office but found it a little less expensive here. I was severely deficient in vit D and after about 3 months of taking the D3 5000, my levels were in the lower normal range and after another 3 months my dr hopes to see them in the mid normal range. I also like how these softgels are small and easy to swallow.
Quality of this brand is always high ingredients. Size of the capsule is comparable to swallow. Dosage is 1 caps per day. Boost immunity system, after the sun damages. Package is from glass . It is very good, the only doubt that arises is that the inside of the package comes with a detergent smell, this does not affect the taste and smell of the capsules, it's just that the smell is peculiar, otherwise great.
