Been taking these alongside Lutein in 40mg for a few years now to address eye fatigue and weakened vision. Based on my latest bill of health, they seem to be working. I am not suffering from various flareup from styes to infections. My ophthalmologist also gave me the all-clear recently, which is a first in several years. Better to have these around than not. I tried Eyebright to support eye health and reduce eye strain. I didn’t notice any significant effect, but it may still be helpful for others looking for gentle support for their eyes. I have dry eyes it didn’t work on it. I didn’t see any benefit on me which i read before. Size is good, taste is neutral

I used to take eyebright around 10 years ago. decided to get some for an eye issue. To my surprise, every store i went to didn't have it. they kept telling me the same thing. They were told to pull it from the shelves and that it would no longer be sold in Ontario, Canada. So I googled it. a few places sold it online, iHerb seemed reasonable, so I placed an order. this has opened up a Pandora's box for me as I'm starting to order other ingredients. eyebright has always worked, I'm glad I can still get it. it's a piece of eye health regime. don't forget the omega 3 as it helps as well. you also need an eye supplement with 10 mg Lutein and 2 mg zeaxanthin. take it every day. also 1 ounce a day of pumpkin seeds, peanuts and sunflower seeds, all unsalted, raw if you can. your eyes will thank you.
