I have compared this brand to California Gold brand which has B1. I think this one works slightly differently and more absorbable for me! I have used for improved muscle support and brain health. I really like how it impacted my energy for sure. I would recommend. I love the brand, which is very reputable. If they could add something to it such as leucine, it would be better!
