I supplement with potassium in the evening to support muscle recovery and reduce of cramps, after a gym day.My symptoms included muscle weakness.The size of the capsule is small .The ingredient pottasium citrate helps regulate nerve signals ,thus promoting healthy nerves. Also benefits kidneys. I usually take 85mg frequently. There are no after taste.
Taking this along with calcium magnesium supplement, its helping me restore balance in my body. Moving lactic acid build up from my muscles, I am very pleased with this product. It works very gently. The tightness in my throat went away. I was even able to wear knee-high socks. The brain fog went away, and I felt like I had some energy. The quality of the supplement is high.
If daily potassium is 2,600 mg (women) to 3,400 mg (men), 85 mg seems very tiny. Yet, pure potassium is potent. This lowers my BP 10-15 points so I only take a capsule when I am going to have a very salty meal or snack. Ideally, you are to take the potassium with or immediately after sodium. I take it with and my BP stays pretty normal.

It may just be happenstance, but since starting to take the potassium, I have had no more episodes of afib. I read that potassium levels could affect the occurence.
