I take this supplement as soon as I feel the start of a cold or flu symptom. It seems to help my (first-line defense) immune system before acquired immunity is established. Consult with you health care provider. I find my viral infections are less severe and I recover faster. Follow usage directions.
I usually use the 3000mg and take 2 whenever I feel run down or when having fly like symptoms. With this, I take 4 tablets+ 1000mg of Vit C and usually works. Olive leaves will only work to increase your defences but once you catch the flu, it's useless.
