I love the subtlety of this product. It improves my digestion and I feel the difference in my body within an hour. Plus, it provides a fresh peppermint breath to boot. Luckily, it doesn't give me heartburn. It helps slow down bowel movements, if you have IBS-D, which is my situation. I highly recommend it.

This is a very easy to take peppermint oil in small gel caps which are easy to swallow. Very importantly, the capsules are enteric coated so that they do not dissolve in the stomach, only in the intestines, so there are no minty burps or reflux. The quality is good, but the only concern is the use of soybean oil as extra virgin olive oil or MCT oil would have been better. Anyhow, I do find these help to calm the stomach and are great for indigestion with no side effects, so I recommend them.

I purchased this because my usual brand was sold out. This doesn't have all of the ingredients I normally look for in a peppermint-based supplement - like added fennel and ginger - and it also cost a bit more than my usual brand in a smaller size bottle. That said, it did the trick. The quality is fine, and it didn't irritate my stomach at all or activate any reflux.

It's great quality ingredients, good dosage and small size of the capsules, easy to take. It has a fresh taste and a good smell.
