.. to aim at regulating histamine response - it's hard for me to say whether I have experienced overt benefit from them but my gut sense (to whatever extend that can be trusted on this) is that the ingredients and quality of the product is as should be expected with the price-tag attached.
I was using another brand of perilla until it wasn’t available. I switched to Metagenics Perimine and I’m so glad I did. It is more effective than my previous brand. It really helps with my histamine reactions to food. I highly recommend.
I have found perilla seed to be one of the best mast cell stabilizers I have tried. It is more expensive than some of the other options, but the quality seems to be really good, and it has actually been helpful in alleviating some of my MCAS symptoms. I so like that the pills are small.
I was surprised by how few bottles there were. It's definitely my number one brand for anyone taking Metagenics, but the value for money is...???
I took it / still take it together with perilla oil. My cough is almost gone. Its a good thing but I would suggest you combine it with sth else if you take it for asthma or lung probpems after infection.Quality seems very good and the tablet size is small and if you have difficulty to swallo you can chew it, its not too gross If this was helpful to you pleas e gve me a thumbs up Thank you

I know it’s a quality brand with good ingredients. I’m happy it comes with two month supply but still. The benefits are not consistent. It is supposed to help upper respiratory symptoms and also some anti inflammatory effects. I’ve bought this 3 times now and will not be buying again due to the effects disappearing month after month.

No strong taste and very clean ingredient label. Compact tablet size, easy to take with or without food. Simple single-dosage format. High-end quality packaging as usual from this brand. Tablet coating makes daily use smooth.
