its certainpy no bad idea if you have GERD or stomach ulcers but it doesnt seem to help me so far, but its also quite early to tell, Ive obly taken a 3-4 tablets now. The ingredients seem pure and the dose(mg) seems ok too. but I hoped for a real remedy. Will use it and see if it helps with time. taste is ok
