It was difficult to administer since the drops dropped haphazardly - a badly-constructed dropper. It was definitely not 240 servings per container. In terms of ingredients, this D-3 is based on extra virgin olive oil which is good. The taste was not a bit bitter. Probably because the olive oil. One can increase or decrease the dosage which would be great if the dropper worked better. Tackles deficiency all right.
