MultiFactors® Women's 50+, 90 Vegetarian Capsules

Very good supplement for women. Took it for myself but my sister and mother started to use them as well. Quality is good. Ingredients seems fine - will order more. I change my supplements every now and then. These multivitamins I prefer in summertime. Dosage is not no big but still provide a basic supplements. I take 1 -2 capsules daily. Capsule size is easy to swallow. Would prefer bigger package - more capsules less bottles.

This has a higher dosage of all the vitamins and minerals that what i was taking before. It also takes into account the needs of older women and provides bonus items to help with our issues. It is easy to take and has no taste. I am impressed with the amount of each nutrient. It is all natural and has no after effect, I am really impressed with this brand.
