it is a good quality product with great ingredients. I take it daily and has the right amount of potency for my needs. so far, I am loving the effects. it tastes great, so I am considering to order this more frequently going forward. The suggestion is 4 capsules daily, which I dose in two meals. Capsules are easily digestible, and no issue with smell or taste. I chose this one with iron, given that my diet is deficient in this supplement.
