Krebs cycle helps absorb this great mineral supplement. I like it because it is more easily absorbed , helps relaxation, and I have much better sleep.

I don't buy any other magnesium products because this one works wonderfully and the combination seems to be perfect for efficient use of magnesium. The tablets are a bit large for some people, if you're not an American who is used to the big size. But I do not recommend breaking it in half, because the edges make it even harder to swallow. This tablet has a smooth surface and I find it relatively easier to swallow, in spite of its size.
