As usual this is a quality product. Ivy leaf is good for chest issues as well as other things like marshmallow and olive leaf extract. It can be so difficult knowing what to do with a sick child. Thankfully, ours do not get sick often, because they are home schooled. But this product is good with benefits, we noticed an improvement. But we found a local product we now use instead.
