I've been taking DHEA on and off for years, but one of the more agitating side effects are things like hair loss, anxiety, aggressiveness, irritability and insomnia. So to limit side effects, I decided to go with the low 5 mg and I found this works just as well as the higher milligrams. In one sense it seems like it's still strong as the side effects increase rather quickly after daily use. Now I don't take this everyday. I can tell when I need to take a break.

At 58yo the more I need to supplement this! So far this product has the lowest dose which I prefer to start with.

The quality and the ingredients are great. Very low dosage and the pill is easy to swallow. You get the benefits as promised, but it breaks me out badly and causes severe hair fall. as converted to testosterone. Stopped taking for the past month and all stopped. It might not be the cause for all, but keep in mind. make sure to take saw palmeat to stop the side effects.

I have a little bit of issue with my adrenal. Hence, I take 2 capsules of this in the morning, it has really helped me manage my adrenal and balance my cortisol with this. Its quality product with affordable pricing. Its a small tablet but the benefits of it are quite powerful . I have ordered this for the next few months as it really helps me balance all my issues.

Very good quality from a very "clean" company. I have also fallen in love with the ginger from the same company! This small quantiy of dhea is what makes me in my early 40s as a male feel energised and focused under heavy stress periods, without messing my hormonal profile! highly recomended, also one of the very few at least for europe with so low concentration!

I didn’t notice much difference taking this initially as the dosage is probably too low for me, it was a great starting dose to test how my body responded though. I tapered it up to 10mg and felt a difference. It is hard to find 5mg dose in DHEA, majority starts at 10mg.

This product is good quality for a good price. It does everything I ask it to, and the pill size is tiny so it’s easy to swallow.

A great product with a very reasonable price. It comes in a nice bottle and well packed. This is the second time buying DHEA. After a long research on DHEA supplementation, I have dropped the dosage that I usually take to 5mg. So I believe this is a great option of dose (5mg) as it does not overrun the body natural production of DHEA. I have bought two bottles. :)
