just alright probably won't buy again. thought these were going to be a chewy gummy for some reason. they are quite chalky and hard to swallow for me. didn't notice if they worked for my digestion or not

Its licorice flavor isn’t too evident so that’s good, size is great as it lasts for months too and DGL has amazing gut healing properties!
