This product is amazing! For a couple weeks every month I would awaken 3 or more times a night soaked from night sweats. The loss of sleep was significant and contributed to chronic fatigue and irritability. I experienced mood swings severe enough that I sought help from a mental health professional! One day, after 10 months of this, I confided in my sister-in-law and she suggested I was perimenopausal. After researching natural remedies I found this and tried it. By the end of the first 30 days I noticed relief in all areas. Now I only experience night sweats and hot flashes once or twice a month! BOUGHT A FEW times and the effect of the A.M formula is not very obvious but the effect of the P.M formula is quite obvious in that if I cannot sleep I will pop a tablet and will typically fall asleep within 30 min. Hence I bring this along when I travel.

I get so much energy for the day ones and it mellows me with the stress and anxiety that comes with menopause. The night ones help me relax and sleep at night,I know they work because when I don't take them at night I don't have a sound peaceful sleep,I get up to much and have a hard time falling asleep,these are great if you are in men6

I don’t write a review unless I have something significant to say. This product really is amazing. Hot flashes were completely new to me and I had been suffering for weeks, sweating randomly. It took only 10 days for this to work and I’ve had no embarrassing sweaty moments since! One thing I will say however, the evening tablet (PM) stinks!! Smells like a wet dog :( Hold your nose and wash hands after handling... very eeewww

The ingredients are top notch..The size is normal,so its easy to take. Its been a week since i started taking this.. The dosage is twice daily.. The tablets are marked clearly for AM and PM.One thing that has changed is, im able to sleep better..The night sweats have not subsided but they are less harsh. Since they are made of natural herbs, it has funny smell..The taste is ok.. Will buy again, since it says it takes 4-5 weeks to achieve full benefit.

I have only used one box, but it seems to work well for me, especially the Day tablets. I feel like I am not as “hormonal”, while the Night tabs help me wind down faster than if I did not take it. I am considering buying this again. It seems like a good, supportive supplement for those undergoing perimenopause like myself.

Start with 1st night, that night’s sleep was weird. Deep but I woke up several times. By the 4th day, my skin that was rough (despite retinol and glycolic acid)became smooth. I noticed my mood was not half as bad as the month before. Cramps last month was throughout the month, but current month happened only on first 2 days of menses and not as strong. I felt jiggle (likely water retention) the whole of last month, but after a week of taking, I felt tighter and lighter. I feel more energetic instead of lethargic and sleepy in the day. My bleeding used to stop abruptly on the 4th day and recommence on the 5th and it has been going on for over a year. I’ve seen doctors but nothing changed until this. My current cycle has bleeding continuously on the 4th day. I’m unsure if I have hormonal imbalance or perimenopause, but this helped, coupled with B-complex and magnesium. I started having changes since January 2026. But now I’m feeling much better. The smell of the tablets is awful but no after smell/after taste. I feel like the dosage is sufficient for me and I’m seeing the benefits after a short time. I’m looking forward to seeing if the symptoms improve further. I hope it will also work for other women because it does make life better.

Fair price, nice brand, good quality. I have got what I have expected. It benefit my health system, good ingredients. 60 capsules in the package, no taste, normal size. I see improvement. I will buy other products from this brand. I like to combine this product with supplements from the same producer only.
