I started taking this about a month ago and am already experiencing some benefits. Decreased night sweats and sleeping better. I use to take Estroven but didn’t work as well.
This really works for hot flashes. It also helps for restful sleep. I tried another product but came right back to this when my symptoms returned. These ingredients are natural and top quality, and it’s only one pill day and night. Size of the pills are manageable. The price is right at iHerb with subscription too.
I started to notice the difference after a couple of weeks. Now I sweat a lot less than before. My sleep got improved, too. If I have to comment one thing that I don't like about this product is the smell. especially the night pills are awful 😖 Overall, I'm happy for the result.

This product is great quality . Size of the pill is manageable. I like that the dosage is easy to follow , day and night. I suppose it does benefit moods, although I find the night pills works better. There is no taste , but the night pills smells , but I got use to it after a while.
