7-KETO®, DHEA Metabolite, 25 mg, 60 Capsules

This is a good capsule to take in the morning. Gives me a good boost of energy to start the day. It is the best form of DHEA you will find (better than regular DHEA). I take only 1 per day, not to be greedy. I follow Stephen Cherniske's - The Metabolic Plan. Larger doseage would be uneccessary. Enzymatic Therapy is a high quality brand...not generic.

I have been on hormone replacement for 40 years as I have very little. Therefore, I cannot take DHEA with the hormone element because it interfers with my other prescribed hormones. The 7 Keto version of DHEA is just perfect. I have been taking this comfortably for about a year. Recent blood tests for DHEA are now normal.

My ND recomended this to help when My adrenals are run down. This brand offers it in a low dose. 25mg. I have not seen another brand with this low of a dose. It does have impact. I got this product when I was on a keto face, but in all honesty, I did not notice any benefit from it at all. So perhaps I needed more dosage to get any benefit. However, I used the whole bottle and still did not notice any difference in the quality of my life.

I bought this supplement as I was told that I needed DHEA and that this is a safe and effective product. I need to give it 30 days before knowing if it is helping. It has been almost 2 weeks and I would have to say I feel more energy. The stress in my life has caused my cortisol to go up and my hormones and DHEA are low. This seems to be helping but I hope to see even more improvement after 30 days before buying another bottle. I was happy that it was delivered a little early so I could get started even sooner. If the results are good I will buy again from this seller.
