I got this in lieu of capsules, because it’s so well balanced. I find my tummy feels better with this. It tastes wretched, but a spoonful of Almond Butter helps with that. It does change color to a milky blue, after about a month of being used daily to near daily, and tightly sealed each time, and quickly sealed at that. I feel it still works the same though. And it doesn’t bother me. I found this to be a REALLY GOOD value for the money.

I totally recommend this product. it has a great ratio zinc:copper, which is really important while taking zinc. However, please do consider taking it with a full stomach as the label sates, otherwise you will feel really nauseous. I learnt that the hard way, lol. It has a strong mineral taste, but not a problem for me. you can mix with a flavoured drink and I'm sure it will be fine.

This is a highly absorbed variety of zinc. I believe it is working as during cold and flu season I do not catch any germs. The taste is slightly unpleasant but ok overall. No complaints. I take it in the morning, while iron in the evening to not interfere with absorption.
