This quality is what earns it four stars. However, I have to be honest about the experience: the Tropical Punch flavor is unfortunately not a hit with my son. He finds the taste objectionable, which makes the daily dose a bit of a battle. Furthermore, the consistency is quite watery and thin, which I personally find a bit messy.

I got this for my kids ages 3, 8 and 9 and it's in liquid form so it's much easier to get them to take it. Kids don't really like the taste that much but it's okay since the required serving size is small. One thing I would like to point out is that all multivitamins can cause constipation so it would be prudent to always take them with digestive enzymes.
