Trace Electrolyte, they are very good and effective. however, I stopped using them because they made my heart race a little and I didn't like that. i know that others have a different experience with this product. this was mine. it took me some time to figure this out to. i became light headed during training when I had it in my water. it is also quite pricey. but again, I would still recommend it as a boost to someone else.

the quality is great it was packaged nicely it is a fluid thin liquid the benefits would be to add it to your water to an electrolytes and a great drink after I workout or a heavy lifting or I have a job or when you're training for a sport. the ingredients are on point The taste is not great the size is decent wish it was bigger but the key is hydration. great
