I can’t even say how good this stuff is! It really works! I have never taken a supplement that made such a difference in my overall wellbeing until I tried this! I will say though that the pineapple dream flavor is not good! I prefer the coconut!

If you have mineral deficiency and symptoms including poor sleep, this is the quality product for you. The large size of the package is perfect; plenty of doses to get your magnesium and get some sleep while it does its work.

I’ve tried several Mary Ruth’s products, and I didn’t notice any difference to my overall energy level until taking this Nighttime version. If I take it the night before, no matter what time I go to bed, I’ll wake up feeling refreshed. Usually, if I’m up late, I’ll wake up feeling groggy but instead, with this vitamin my head doesn’t feel spacey and I’m able to function. I come across reviews like mine all the time and think, no way… so I’m surprising myself writing this. I will note that my family has tried it but noticed no difference, so definitely. Mary Ruth has a supercharged version of this in a coconut flavor but I like the pineapple taste so stuck to this one. It’s worth a try!
I love this one. This supplement is awesome, and I’d give it 5 stars. The smell is very mild, and the taste is good - fresh pineapple. The package is sturdy and keeps them fresh for daily use. I notice a clear benefit in helping me sleep better and feel more relaxed. It seems made with quality ingredient and I’ll definitely keep taking it.
Nice ingredients and nice packages. Love the size and quality. The multiminerals of MaruRuth's create great benefit. Good supplement to take daily (frequency). Have not tasted this one yet.
