For starters the size and dosage of this bottle is great value; however they didn't need to add Safflower Oil as it's a seed oil (may induce more inflammation) and the other thing is they already have Extra Virgin Olive oil as the carrier. So there is no need to mix it with seed oil as Extra Virgin Olive oil is perfect for this
