He Shou Wu™, 500 mg, 100 Capsules

I bought this product to restore jing essence after many years of adrenal burnout (as well as an intense year of mercury detox). I noticed the difference straight away to my core energy levels. I feel a lot stronger on a core level and do not get wiped out like I used to. I feel a lot more resilient and able to cope with changes and stress and I really do feel like I have shielded stress from affecting me on a physical level to some degree. I've improved my 'stress defence shield'. And yes, my hair is looking a lot blacker than usual and I love it!

The primary active constituent of He Shou Wu, known as THSG, is very similar to resveratrol and may be stronger. THSG, like resveratrol, up-regulates the Klotho gene. I’ve been taking Dragon Herbs He Shou Wu (500 mg) twice daily for a few months and love the results. The capsules are easy to swallow and clearly high-quality—made from traditionally prepared He Shou Wu (stewed with black beans) that maximizes benefits and avoids the laxative downsides of raw forms. My hair feels stronger and looks shinier, and I’ve experienced steadier energy and overall wellness. The formula even contains classic tonic herbs that nourish vitality. I alternate this one with the Shou Wu Formulation and have noticed some grey (white) hair with proper dark roots coming in. I have significant grey so it will be a slow process but happy to see it actually works. I've been taking for about a year and will continue. It's not cheap but you at least know the foti root is prepared properly.

I have used this brand before when my hair was overprocessed and dried up/breaking off. I used the liquid tincture but always found it to be too thick and hard to take. SO excited to find this in capsules. My hair is having issues again (hormonal) so I am back on these to help strengthen hair growth. When I last took the tincture years ago my hair grew 6 inches in half a year and stopped shedding. I am excited to get this growth back again :)

It upsets my stomach. With or without food. It seems to be a personal issue but the product itself if of high quality ingredients and great benefits.

Great benefit to my hair with natural ingredients! I’ve see the quality of my hair improve within just 3 weeks after using so I’m excited to see what happens after 3 months or more. Only downside is you need to take 6 capsules daily (would be better if they could concentrate the dosage into fewer tablets/capsules). No taste really but the size of the capsules is big and since you need to take 3 in each dose it’s a lot.

Dragon Herbs He Shou Wu is the real deal. Unlike cheap, sub-rate, cheaper He Shou, Dragon Herbs make their's in the authentic method: made from 5 year old wild crafted roots and prepared the traditional way of cooking it with black beans. This not necessarily a herb you will notice an immediate effect from, but it is a subtle building-up of the system and I can notice a sense of well being while taking it. Great for hair and skin and builds-up one's Jing after chronic stress or over exertion.

This is fo ti prepared correctly. I was taking a much cheaper brand and already saw results in my hair, I cannot wait to see what this one can do for me.
