Wholefoods based multi so good absorbtion. My favourite alive multi, Gives a good boost of energy. only other one I prefer is Natures Plus Source Of Life Gold but it's quite expensive so I only get it when I'm feeling really wrecked. I have taken Nature's Way multivitams with minerals for over 20 years, but as I've gotten older (age 66), I switched to their formula for women over 50. It didn't seem to have what I needed, and many days, I felt tired. So I tried a different company's product, and it doesn't seem to have any effect. I was losing stamina. But just three days on these and I feel great! I have a lot more energy. It says 3 tablets for the dose, but looking at the ingredients that seemed uncessary, so for now, I am taking two daily.

This is the best multivitamin I have found on the market for women. The the amount of each vitamin, mineral and antioxidant are what I was looking for as I am an althetic woman. I know this company recommends taking the three pills with food, but I have had good results from taking 1 caplet 3 times daily with only a large amount of water.
