I add rosehips to compote with dried apricots and rasins. It's great source of Vitamin C. Just put it in the water when it's boiling. Turn off the gas and, close the pot and wait for 5-6 hours.
Ingredients are good. I am looking forward to making rosehip tea and rose hip jelly. Health benefits are good. Always well-packaged from this brand.

Everything arrived in perfect condition. The bag is tightly sealed and there’s no damage. The size is just right. The flavor is tangy and fruity — makes delicious tea with a vitamin-rich taste.
I used to drink Rose-hip tea since I was in school. I think this particular tea is not fresh, I can’t see the date on packet. I think when I ordered on website it was till 2028. Maybe dirty, over dry or mixed with other stuff. I had spasms in my tummy after drinking this tea. I stop drinking this particular brand now. I am buying organic nation brand. It’s fresh, very nice taste. No tummy spasms. I am starting coming to confession now that not all teas at iherb is the best. Description sometimes doesn’t mean anything if taste is pretty average, old or other mixes are added. Local organic store can be a better answer if you don’t like the taste.
