I drink it to strengthen my memory. It tastes so good with a pleasant aroma. I used to have fresh ones in my garden and this tastes just like it. Please like if you find it helpful.
I now legitimately hate the stuff i but from my supermarket! Bc this is soooo delish and smells amazing i used it as well for hair masks and it’s the best !!!
I make tea of this and I think it has a really nice taste. And you get a lot for the money! Rosemary is supposedly caffeine free, though it doesn't say anything about caffeine on the packaging. Rosemary also has a lot of health benefits, though I find it hard to say if I have noticed a change since I started to drink this or not.

This organic rosemary is absolutely wonderful! The leaves are whole and beautifully fragrant with that classic pine-like aroma. I love using it in my baking, roasted vegetables, and homemade bread. The quality is exceptional with no stems or debris. Much better than grocery store varieties. Great value for the 1lb size!
packages have shown up early. works well. smaller casuals are a good size, making them easier to throw back in the morning they don't sit in the throat long enough to taste the ingredients. good quality, yet to have a busted capsule. good size container with cotton wadding. I can see the effects daily through my weight loss and increase of energy
