Amazing food supplement! Iodine is one of the most essential micronutrients which majority of us are deficient in, doesn’t matter whether you’re adult or a child. Iodine is also very important for thyroid health. I’ve been struggling with fatigue and couldn’t force myself to study, and once i stated taking this iodine I can see the difference in my energy level and became more productive and keen to study again. I’m taking the iodine in the morning after the meal along with chromium picolinate and selenium which are great to be absorbed together.
