I have been using this supplement for nearly 2 months. The list of ingredients is very simple which is great. I can feel some benefits already with my weight management. The frequency of my intake is aaht is suggested of 3 drops a day. according to my GP it should be taken in the mornings. Great quality and I will keep take this iodine regularly.

This is the highest dosage of iodine I found so far. Which is great. And it’s cheap price compared to that dosage. Great quality and ingredients. The taste is not too bad, a bit sweet towards the end. I thought I can use it on the skin so get gets absorbed, but this can only be taken orally.

I like this Colloidal Iodine! It’s easy to use, it comes in a dark glass bottle with a pipette, which is perfect for dosing. I take 2 drops mixed with a bit of Celtic salt on my tongue, following Dr. David Brownstein's method. I also stack this with Tri-Iodine because I want to make sure the absorption is top-notch in all my tissues (like breasts and ovaries) through the NIS pathway. Iodine is a very important mineral for health. This is the only nascent iodine that I found. It tastes neutral. Iodine is often lacking in diet, so it is a good supplement to add from time to time. Great for thyroid and breast health. Pricey though
