I’ve tried many brands of crystallized ginger and most have a salty taste, NOW brand doesn’t. I like both the slices and the cubes. My grandson loves the cubes so I buy them more than the slices. I also cut them smaller and add them into cookie recipes. Helps my gut, tastes great too. I have celiac disease and there are times I need something to settle my stomach and the ginger helps.

First off I want to mention that they suggest putting these in your refridge after opening so remember to do that after first use. These are a delicious treat after a meal or any time of day.
