It`s so hard to wake up in the winter mornings and get the energy boost. I don't drink coffee, because I lose more energy and faster compare to what I'm getting from coffee, plus dizziness. Organic Gunpowder Tea is my helper. It's from a green tea family, but it has more caffeine than its' siblings, and 2 - 4 times less caffeine than coffee. As additional benefits of any green tea you get antioxidants, plus it regulates blood sugar, lowers blood pressure, and strengthens the immune system, and etc. Steep tea from 1 to 3 minutes: the longer you are waiting the stronger tea you are getting, but may be it's exactly what you need on some days ;) I like to drink it before going to the gym, it gives me enough energy for my workout even when I'm super tired. Great green tea just packs a little bit more punch. It's not a blend. Only ingredient is green tea. Good quality. Fragrant brew. Brew with not boiling water so as not to burn the tea leaves and make the tea taste bitter. Size of the package is quite big and should last a couple months if not more.

I am trying to avoid tea bags and I love a smooth green tea. This is my daily favorite...2 cups every afternoon. I can infuse it at least twice...one teaspoon gives me 2 delicious cups every afternoon. I have tried MANY bulk green teas and this one is the best, especially if you don't like the fruity blends.

I have been drinking this tea every day. It's great tea. It is 'concentrated' in that it is compacted when dry and expands in the tea pot so you don't need a lot of tea. Very nice tea and I will be buying more of it.

Have been buying this tea for years. Like the taste. Wish the price didn't go up. Some foam appears on the surface after boiling water is added. Probably the tea is dusty. The taste is good though.
