Initially I did notice a lift in energy. This was probably not as i had expected in terms of stimulation, which to be honest I'm happy about. i.e not a caffein like buzz, which I experiened from a brand years ago. (probably also depends on whether you take them on an empty stomach--food makes the effect more balanced apparenty) The Cordyceps seem clean-meaning I dont get the sense of being affected by anything foreign other than the Cordyceps. .
