This brand is great quality, and the capsule size is standard, easy to swallow, doesn't taste like anything. Worked okay, due to the dosage it could have more capsules for the price.

Texture: elongated white capsules. Taste: not bitter. Pros: 60 capsules, various cruciferous veg nutrients in one capsule. Cons: rather big capsules, contains maltodextrin. My Experience: I took this to fill my gap for cruciferous veggie intake. It contains broccoli, watercress, rosemary, cabbage and celery extract powder. It also contains indole 3 carbinol which helps in hormone balance. A great supplement for those who wish to increase their cruciferous nutrient intake without eating several separate veggies.
