Quality of this kids vitamins d is very clean so I am happy to give to my kids Size is small so there is no worry of chocking after 2 weeks of giving my kids immunity charged as I can see that they getting sick less times So most of the kids has deficiency of vitamin d I suggest to give to your kids
Don't feel like these work as well as Vitamin D with K2 in it, but they did no harm. Nice and small to swallow if that is an issue for you. Taste nice.
