I had digestive issues with this — I got diarrhea within the first two days. The product itself might be high quality, but my body just doesn’t seem to tolerate curcumin well. I passed it on to my mom, and she was fine at first, but after about three weeks she also experienced diarrhea and stopped taking it. So it may depend a lot on individual sensitivity.

i use this for blood sugar control and i feel it really helps. the capsule is small an easy to swallow, doesnt tase like anything. i use it fasted in the morning and before dinner and i dont feel any type for crash after. this helps with making me more insulin sensitive and ive noticed that using my cgm
