Dry Form Vitamin D-2, 25 mcg, 60 VegCaps

I was very happy to receive my D2 vitamin. It was delivered very quickly! I got this because my Vitamin D levels have always been low, especially my D2. I’m hoping this will bring my levels up to where they should be. I chose these capsules because they don’t have unsafe, unnecessary fillers. I felt very lucky to find this particular formulation. I prefer these ones over all others that I found. If anyone else would need D2, this is the one! I recommend these because of the price and superb quality.

I am a person with a lot of allergies, especially food. So it’s been a challenge finding a vitamin D that is vegan, in veggie caps and doesn’t upset my system. Solaray D-2 works for me.

Thankful for Dry Vitamin D2 when we take one capsule with fat food every third day since it contains 125% Daily Value (USGov minimum to sustain life) so it doesn't cause our fair-complected family red spots on skin from oil sofgels, or D3, or unnaturally higher dose. We take with Solaray's Dry A including carrot, that is correct higher dose than Vitamin D. Pure formula, best price, longtime great brand.

I prefer the non active form of vitamin d and to activate it myself by being in the sun. more natural
