The quality and ingredients are great, but I haven’t felt any difference in the way I feel when I get stressed. But, it was delivered quickly as usual and the packaging was still perfect. The size isn’t that small, but it is easy to swallow and doesn’t have any odd smell. I don’t get any odd side effects from it.

I think this supplement having ashwaganda as one of the ingredients is good, but not strong enough for me I guess because I don't feel the difference between the days I'm taking this supplement and the days I'm not. Overall, it has a pill of good size, easy to swallow, without any noticeable taste.
