When investigating the bioavailability of sulphate vs HCl, it appears one of my long-held beliefs needed better research. I paid the extra price for the sulphate but due to dissociation being not that big a difference and molecules available, I'm thinking of going back to HCl. Also, my two problematic 'target' joints didn't seem to improve much. Now.... caveats..... I only did one bottle and I'm doing stairs lately. But I'm going back to the liquid HCl and see if my target joints get the boost I'm used to on the cheaper product (which I've used for years and always felt improvement).

The big pro to this is that you get all three of these supplements in strong doses, in one liquid form which makes it much easier to take than most of the giant pills on the market. I have searched across the internet and have not found any other supplier that makes a liquid formulation with these strong doses, and as somebody who is actively working on knee joint problems, taking this type of supplement is crucial. The con is that the flavor is rather medicinal and still a bit hard to get down. I recommend taking two swigs instead of one large one because it really is a mouthful. I wish that they made the glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM in an orange flavor like their magnesium supplement, because this tastes nothing like blueberries. I still highly recommend this for anyone who is needing a really good joint supplement and doesn't want to take 6 to 8 pills everyday.
